Refund policy

Return window
We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery (for orders shipped within Dubai, UAE).


Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

  • Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.


How to start a return

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement (subject to availability) or refund.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or special-order products


Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order once your refund has been processed.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note: banks and credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
