Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates. All orders are dispatched from Dubai using local courier services. We do not currently ship outside the UAE.

Shipping costs
Standard Delivery: AED 25.
Free Delivery on orders of AED 300 or more.

Estimated delivery times
Dubai: 1–3 business days.
Other emirates: 2–4 business days.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary depending on the courier and your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information where available.

Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays are processed on the next working day.
