At this time, Bowin Studio is authorized to deliver orders within the Emirate of Dubai.

2. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Items must be in perfect, unused condition and returned in their original packaging.
For damaged or defective items, please contact us at hello.bowinstudio@gmail.com. We will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement (if available).
For voluntary returns (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns are not accepted on final sale items.

3. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or absence, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery or provide pickup instructions. Additional shipping fees may apply.

4. Defective Items

If your item shows a manufacturing defect within 14 days of receipt, we will replace it (subject to availability) or offer store credit.

5. Payments & Currency

All prices on our website are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams), in compliance with local regulations.
At checkout, your bank may automatically convert the total into your local currency (EUR, USD, etc.).

Payments are processed securely through our authorized providers (Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods shown at checkout).

6. Pricing & Taxes

Orders within the UAE follow local courier practices.
As Bowin Studio is registered in the United Arab Emirates, UAE VAT may apply where required by law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any material without prior written consent.

8. Errors & Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies (including descriptions, pricing, or availability). We reserve the right to correct or update such information without prior notice, even after an order has been placed.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
